Recorded during the heatwave that the uk endured in 2022 this was a recording made from the garden on august 25th. The recording starts with gentle rain which slowly becomes heavier. Around 25 minutes the first distant rumble can be heard. From 30 minutes onwards. The soothing sounds of thunder and heavy rain. From an hour on the storm moves away and the rain eases.

Created using a patch on the roland mc-505. I recorded it through a m-audio fast track pro into sequel 2.

This is the sound of brownyan noise, made with audacity program. Stereo of this noise created with amplitude at the default value, also with fade in and out effects added for the good results. Using headphones is the best way to hear low frequencies of this noise. Also this sound can be use for tinnitus problems or masking unwanted noises. Recorded using a pair of rode lavalier microphones from a loft window. The hail stones were hitting the metal flashing (i think that it what it is called) around the window.
